• BSc. (Zoology) from Kerala University
• MA (Public Administration) from Madras University
• Licentiate in Insurance Institute of India
• Specialisation Diploma in HRM from IGNOU, New Delhi
• Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi

Experience

Joined LIC of India in the year 1986 and have more than 36 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry in the areas of Marketing (Tied Channel, Micro Insurance and Bancassurance & Alternate Channels), Corporate Communication, Operations (New Business and Claims), P&IR, Estates, HRD & Training.

Worked in seven divisions covering five zones of the Corporation and also the Central Office.

• Branch In-charge position under three divisions (Salem, Chennai DO-II and Bangalore DO-I)
• Manager (NB) of Bangalore DO-I and Delhi DO-II
• Manager (Claims) of Secunderabad DO
• Manager (P&IR) of Secunderabad DO
• Regional Manager (Corporate Communication) of Central Zone, Bhopal
• Regional Manager (MI) of Central Zone, Bhopal
• Regional Manager (B&AC) of Central Zone, Bhopal
• Regional Manager (Estates) of Western Zone, Mumbai
