Learning Objective:

The principle activity in the business of Life Insurance is management of the funds collected from all eligible and interested individuals as also other legal entities.  Individuals and other entities contributing their moneys have alternate opportunities as also objectives to fulfil.  Every employee of the organisation therefore is provided with a reasonable knowledge of the gamut of the available opportunities in finance and also the methodologies to evaluate the relative differences in the expected returns on these Invested amounts.  These learnings will equip the participants in enhancing their bargaining power (marketing skill) and thus ability to convince the prospects about the relative competitiveness of our product / services vis-ŕ-vis other comparable products /  services and also instil confidence in the minds of the prospect / existing customer thereby creating / enhancing brand value.

 Marketing Officials in the cadre of AOs and ADMs from Branches and Divisions. Officers working in BO/DO to be nominated by HRD Department of Zonal Offices.
