Background:
Middle-level
executives holding In-Charge position in our branch offices need a
well-integrated and holistic approach to management. In addition to managing the
resources at their command, they should develop their skills in such a manner
that they can excel in a competitive environment. Their entrepreneurial skills
and leadership qualities need to be sharpened. They should be well prepared to
face the challenges of a volatile environment and emerge as winners. They
must be able to explore and identify the hidden potential that lies within
themselves and their teammates. They must Lead from the Front and be capable of
setting Personal Standards. Innovative and Creative approach including quick
decision-making apart from providing timely and efficient customer service is
going to be the need of the hour, which will determine who shall be the Market
Leader in the Industry. To achieve the above, the Branch Heads must have the
ability to build and nurture a High Performing and Self-motivated Team. They
must be able to coordinate between their administrative staff and field-force
across different verticals of new business and also be adept at liaising with
their higher offices and maintain healthy relations with all the stakeholders.
