Background:

This financial year is going to witness acceleration of AI-applications across insurance industry. The GOI has taken several major initiatives towards making our country global leaders in AI. Also, IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) & insurance companies, in line with India’s AI agenda, have decided to work on several AI projects. Considering various facets of AI, effective management of ‘AI Projects’ is very critical for overall success in AI initiatives. Managerial cadre from IT, Digital, AI areas therefore need to augment their ‘AI Project Management’ knowledge & skills.
