Background:
The Life Insurance Industry in India has been undergoing
continuous changes during the last decade. With the customer demands ever
increasing, the 24 life insurance companies are transforming themselves and
conducting their business and operations on digital platforms. The industry is
speedily adopting Insurtech, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. With
these disruptive initiatives business dynamics in the insurance industry is
undergoing a paradigm shift.
The officers and the future managers and leaders need to
be aware of such disruptions and prepare themselves for these. This Special

Officers and Confirmed Assistant Administrative Officers (DR and Promotee
Officers) in the age group 40-50.

They should not have attended P014 or P709 earlier
§ The Officers to be nominated by the respective HRD Department of Zonal Offices & Central office.
Trainees nominated for this programme in the last two years should not be renominated.
