Background

Regional Offices of Public Sector companies represent the most critical link between formulation of corporate objectives and their realisation.  The Regional Manager is a vital resource in this link.  Regional Managers in Regional Offices, apart from being Heads of specific functions have a larger responsibility in the integration of corporate objectives with operations at the operating offices.  They also form part of the future leadership pipeline.  This Programme seeks to  provide them a view of their role and responsibilities and also to realise their potential.
