P716- FOLLOW UP PROGRAMME FOR PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED WOMEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME (NON- LIFE)

After Phase I programme at NIA, participants in same cohort who have attended Phase I programme will be taken for an outbound training which will help them to develop deeper understanding of self and others, and will equip them to take on challenges associated with higher positions.
