The career advancement of women leaders is a top organizational priority. Researches have indicated that gender diversity at top and senior level positively impacts organizational effectiveness and financial success apart from other positive outcomes.

 Therefore, there is a need to bring senior women officers/executives working in Insurance Industry together and provide them a developmental opportunity. Moreover, it is also important to rechristen the role of women leaders in changing business dynamics.

The Women Leadership Programme will be conducted for same cohort in two phases. Phase I will be conducted at NIA, Pune and Phase II will be Outbound Training.

         Women Mangers -Scale IV and above from Public Sector Non-Life Companies

         Senior and Middle Level Women Executives from Private Sector Non-Life Insurance Companies
