Background:
The career advancement of women leaders is a top organizational priority.
Researches have indicated that gender diversity at top and senior level
positively impacts organizational effectiveness and financial success apart from
other positive outcomes.
Therefore, there is a need to bring senior women officers/executives
working in Insurance Industry together and provide them a
developmental opportunity. Moreover, it is also important to rechristen the role
of women leaders’ in changing business dynamics.
