Background:

position of Manager (Sales) is important and pivotal in LIC. The role of Manager
(Sales) is dynamic and challenging. The role demands ample transformation with
respect to management of distribution channels, adaption to current competitive
market, marketing of various competitive products, business promotion, agency
retention, development of niche marketing segments and publicity of products
within the regulatory frameworks, improvement of distribution channels more
prominently the agency channel.
