Background:

Workplace agility has gained importance in recent years, especially the Covid – 19 Pandemic has demonstrated that there is a need to develop an agile mindset to deal with the complex, dynamic, and uncertain business world.

The Operating Unit In-Charges especially the senior branch managers, divisional managers, and senior divisional managers are leading the profit centres and are expected to quickly adapt to the changing business landscape and develop new-age managerial skills.
