The importance of communication in the Insurance Industry cannot be denied especially since the business is all about selling of an intangible product. Therefore, it is imperative to equip not only the Marketing Personnel of Insurance Industry but also the personnel manning the various customer services departments with effective personal communication and presentation skills.
