Background:
The young officers of Public Sector Non-Life
Insurance Companies of India who currently hold positions at the level of
Administrative Officers, Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers (including Branch
and Divisional Heads), are the future leaders of insurance industry. It is
therefore essential that they are groomed in such a way that they not only give
an excellent account of themselves in their present jobs but are also enabled to
